We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded software application developer to help us realize our vision. The ideal candidate will play a lead role in developing applications for use by both industry clients and ABSA employees that enhance and augment the services we provide.

Primary Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Participates in the development of modern websites, applications, and integrations with a variety of programming languages.
- Working with internal departments to understand business requirements and end-user needs.
- Developing technical documentation to support applications.
- Developing guides, instructions, and procedures for both internal and external end-users.
- Using Agile methodology to develop and execute implementation plans.
- Continuous monitoring, testing, and upgrading of applications.
- Coordinating with 3rd party vendors, consultants, and managed service providers.
- Ensuring applications follow best practices for the integrity of the application and security of data.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- A degree, diploma, or technology certificate in computer science, programming, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in Microsoft .NET development with an emphasis on unified front and back-end development to help ensure a seamless and efficient user experience.
- Prior experience with Razor Pages or Blazor (preferred).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging, query optimization, and efficient issue resolution.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure for cloud services and databases.
- Strong English language written and verbal communication capabilities.
- A desire for continuous learning and improvement.
