Day to Day task include:
- Work closely with other teams to implement and support usage of MS Dynamics 365 v9.
- Troubleshoot and modify heavily customized forms created in MS Dynamics CRM 2013 and earlier versions to work in MS Dynamics 365 v9 with multiple browser types and versions.
- Ensure that the current functionality provided in CHOICES runs successfully, including web services with other systems, file uploads, electronic signatures, SSRS reports, and data extracts.
- Monitor event viewer and IIS logs for errors, unusual entries, and possible performance issues and address problems.
- Perform future update rollups and version upgrades past MS Dynamics 365 v9.
- Resolve production problems and business unit inquiries, including Help Desk tickets.
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months of experience creating and modifying heavily customized forms, entities, and views for Microsoft Dynamics.
- 84 months of experience creating and modifying client-side JavaScript, C# plug-ins, and workflow activities
- 84 months of experience designing and developing high performance enterprise-level web application systems using ASP.NET/C# and external web services in a .NET/IIS environment.
- 60 months of experience deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM updates and security rollups. This includes applying major and minor version updates and the ability to resolve technical issues encountered while applying updates.
- 60 months of experience monitoring MS Dynamics CRM application and system/server logs for potential and recurring problems. This includes the ability to parse, read and understand log file entries to identify important issues and sources of potential problems, and then guiding or working with other teams to proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- 60 months of experience developing reports for Microsoft Dynamics using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Work hours and location:
- Full time role with engagement length of 30 months
- Daily work hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
- Physical office location: 500 Balltown Road, Schenectady, NY, 12309
- Telecommuting options: 2 days a week
