Job Description :
Maintain and operate Microsoft Configuration Management (MCM) system. Install, support, and maintain servers by tuning system performance. Ensure integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information systems through patch management. Non-daytime shiftwork required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate Microsoft Configuration Management (MCM) system
  • Utilizing reports to monitor and maintain Enterprise Services
  • Package and deploy applications for servers and workstation
• Install, support and maintain servers by tuning system performance
• Responsible for the integrity, confidentiality, availability of information systems through patch management to include antivirus installation and signature file updates and data archival/restoral
• Respond and resolve service outages, technical queries and other system related issues
• Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems as current as possible with changing technology
• Perform system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health
• Update and document configuration management and troubleshoot any reported problems
• Collaborate with the security team on system upgrades and issues

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum five years' relevant experience
• DoD 8570 certified, IAT Level II
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Microsoft Server 2012
  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Linux
  • VMware
  • Data Center Storage Mgt
  • MCM
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Project strong customer focus
