Software Developer with Security Clearance

Overview BigBear.ai seeks to hire a talented and experienced ServiceNow Software Developer to support a high-priority CNO mission. This role demands expertise in software engineering within fast- paced, mission-critical environments and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple organizations. This position will be based out of Columbia, MD and will report on-site daily (no remote flexibility). What you will do * Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and services * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features * Provide technical expertise in a fast-paced mission environment * Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software * Ensure the highest level of service and performance of all developed applications What you need to have * Clearance:Must maintain a TS/SCI with poly * Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university; four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree * Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, especially in Customer Entry Portals * Extensive experience with ServiceNow Web Services, including REST and SOAP * Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What we'd like you to have * Experience with ServiceNow integrations, ServiceNow certifications, and ITIL knowledge
