This position will be based out of Columbia, MD and will report on-site daily (no remote flexibility).

What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Provide technical expertise in a fast-paced mission environment
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Ensure the highest level of service and performance of all developed applications
What you need to have
- Clearance:Must maintain a TS/SCI with poly
- Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university; four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, especially in Customer Entry Portals
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow Web Services, including REST and SOAP
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What we'd like you to have
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, ServiceNow certifications, and ITIL knowledge
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
