We are seeking a Software Development Manager - Integrations to lead our Integrations Team, which is at the core of OneVest's ability to seamlessly connect with partners and third party systems. The Integrations Team plays a critical role in building the next generation of scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations, enabling bi-directional data exchange and powering financial services innovation.

In this role, you'll provide technical and people leadership to drive quality, performance, and scalability within our products. You'll be instrumental in shaping our engineering culture and fostering a collaborative environment that supports learning and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing engineers, fostering their development and empowering them to succeed.
• Guide the design and development of integration patterns that streamline bidirectional data exchange between OneVest and third parties.
• Partner closely with team tech leads, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver against roadmap goals.
• Promote high standards for code quality, security, resilience, and operational excellence in integration systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, technical innovation, and knowledge sharing to uplevel the team and maintain the long-term health of our system.
• Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term stability and scalability.

Our Tech Stack:

• TypeScript (React for web, React Native for mobile)
• Node.js and MongoDB in a microservices architecture
• AWS-hosted environment

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management role
• Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams
• Hands-on experience building and scaling integrations, particularly for SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and operational excellence in integration-heavy systems
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical initiatives with business goals
• Ownership mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial technology, wealth management, or a related industry
• Familiarity with work orchestration or automation tools
• Experience working in startups or scale-up environments
