Are you a skilled software engineer with a passion for data analytics and cybersecurity? Join our team as a Software Engineer (Data Analytics Focus) and support of mission to advance America's information security! In this role, you will leverage your Python and data science expertise to tackle a broad range of mission-critical tasks, contributing to the entire development lifecycle of new CNO tools and plugins. Your work will involve conducting vulnerability research, designing innovative automations, and analyzing large datasets to provide crucial insights.

Your work will involve conducting vulnerability research, designing innovative automations, and analyzing large datasets to provide crucial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vulnerability Analysis: Identify and analyze vulnerabilities to improve our cybersecurity posture.
- Tradecraft Development: Develop and document new methodologies and techniques to enhance our operational capabilities.
- Data Insights: Conduct thorough analysis on large datasets to generate mission-centric insights.
- Automated Workflows: Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows to streamline operations.
- Data Scripting: Build scripts to convert and normalize data for various applications.
- Customer Requests: Execute on customer requests with precision and efficiency.
- Customer Outreach: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with data science and analysis of large datasets.
- Familiarity with leveraging APIs.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems and tools.
- Experience with open-source research.
- Familiarity with CNO capabilities and operations.
- Experience with Elastic & Kibana.
- Ability to write analytics in PIG.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least three (3) years of relevant experience, or four (4) additional years of experience in place of a degree.
