Must have NICE InContact
Assist in the implementation, coordination, troubleshooting, capacity planning and management of NICE InContact/CXOne/IVR hosted solution. Assist in the engineering and configuration of NICE InContact/CXOne/IVR and all voice communications equipment moving from AVAYA CM/AURA solution. Assist with the development of policies and procedures applicable to the NICE telecommunications solution. Help develop system contingency plans and redundancies.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in the installation, coordination, capacity planning and management transition from AVAYA CM/AURA solution to NICE hosted IVR/CX One solution.
2. Create and maintain system documentation illustrating the structure, usage and call flow of NICE InContact/CXOne/IVR and proposed telecommunications.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
2. Five years experience managing VAYA CM/AURA contact center solution and NICE InContact/CXOne/IVR for contact center group including management, administration, and security functions related to the solutions.
3. Technical knowledge of NICE InContact/CXOne/IVR and AVAYA CM/AURA systems including the ability to perform moves, adds and changes.
4. Demonstrated ability to diagnose technical equipment problems related to the, ACD queues,
5. Experience with Skills Based Routing, Telephony, VoIP, SIP, CTI, and IVR's.
6. Demonstrated strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective communication with associates at all levels of the organization.
7. Ability to manage shifting priorities and workloads.
8. Proficient in use of office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
