This is a technical position in Futurewei Network Technology Lab Located in Santa Clara. This job will focus on cutting edge SDN and NFV technologies. The candidate has to be a self-motivated technical person, able to think outside-the-box, and with a passion to build up an innovative SDN/NFV Platform. Members of this team will need to collaborate with different groups of people from open soure community, and will be developing various prototypes in a lean and agile fashion. This is a great opportunity to stay ahead and make an impact on the industry. This position will meet a lot of challenges, but it will be a lot of fun as well.
Hands-on development experience in Open Source projects that enabe SDN technology or able to demonstrate the passion and knowledge of the related Open Source projects (e.g. OpenStack, Docker, ONOS/ODL, Linux, etc).
Have knowledgeplementation methodologies: e.g. of modern software design and imAgile Development. having experience in agile development is a plus
Must be familiar with development and testing experience in SDN environment.
Experience in Java and/or Python programming are preferred.
Proficient with Linux environments (Ubuntu, RedHat/CentOS, etc), and Linux Administration is a plus
