The salary range for this position is $78,000-$97,500. The base salary represents Arcadis' hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Individual accountabilities:
Technical skills:
- Full stack development skill
- Awareness and experience of services provided by Cloud
- Able to write modular, maintainable code
- Ability to switch development related context in tech meetings
Collaboration:
- Demonstrate strong inter-personals skills in the tower
- Demonstrate a pro-active nature in partnerships within the tower
- Capable of understanding and deriving common needs that the solution can address
- Mentoring junior team members
Code Quality:
- Improves/refactors code
- Can write good unit tests
- Contributes to code reviews
Design:
- Capable of creating new module designs
- Ability to propose code refactor ideas
Key profile requirements:
- Seen as strong member of the team
- Contributes to team improvements
- Accepts feedback and mentoring in a positive way
- 4-year degree in Computer Science or other related STEM degree
- 5+ years' experience as software engineer
