Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
Software Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and provide architectural direction for scalable, high-performance applications.
  • System Enhancement & Maintenance: Lead modifications, maintenance, and enhancements of existing applications, including custom programming as needed.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, set best practices, and define technical strategies to align with business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Drive innovation, optimize development workflows, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Project Management & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop specifications, and implement system improvements.
  • System Analysis & Evaluation: Assess existing systems for potential upgrades, research new technologies, and consult with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Deployment & Automation: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automate builds and deployments, and manage version control using tools like Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure secure coding practices, authentication mechanisms (SSL, OpenLDAP), and enterprise security standards.
  • Technical Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and technical documentation in collaboration with support teams.

Education & Experience

Required:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java-based applications.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in programming languages including Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
    • Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSP, and REST APIs.
    • Strong knowledge of frameworks including Apache Struts2, Spring MVC, Spring IoC, Spring Security, and MyBatis.
    • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Red Hat JBoss EAP, Maven, GitHub, and SSRS Reporting.
    • Proficiency with development and debugging tools including Eclipse IDE and Putty.
  • Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify business process gaps and lead the design and implementation of software-based automation and optimization solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing or supporting projects, including gathering requirements, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Training & Support: Experience in providing end-user training and support for business intelligence tools and data-driven solutions.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working with Linus OS, including writing and executing shell scripts.
  • Understanding of security protocols such as SSL and authentication mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of frameworks including Spring Security, Spring AOP, Jenkins, and OpenLDAP.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems to support automated deployments and software lifecycle management
  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms or services (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
  • Experience with data automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Power Automate, Python, R, or PowerShell).
  • Understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Capabilities
  • Develop and maintain applications using Java, JavaScript, JSP, and related technologies.
