Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain a custom rendering tool/plugin for After Effects.
Implement features that enhance rendering performance, asset generation, and workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to identify bottlenecks and propose automation solutions for Photoshop.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that integrates seamlessly with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure reliability and stability of tools across different environments.
Stay updated with Adobe's scripting APIs and SDKs to explore new possibilities for tool development.
Provide support to the team for tool usage, including training and troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
Adobe After Effects and Photoshop automations (JavaScript, external JSX/JSON file creation to store values used in
Photoshop Automations)
Terminal/Bash, Swift for macOS folder and file name generations and shuttling
AVFoundation: Swift Compression for color profile, file size, and poster frame (if not generated out of After Effects)
SwiftUI, XCode, Github
Languages: JavaScript, Swift, Python, Objective-C
Preferred Skills:
FFmpeg - Flags, Transcoding, Render Target Size, Automation Integration
Knowledge of sciptUI panel
Education:
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience
PayRate: $58-64/hr,W2
