Cox Manufacturing is seeking a professional Software Engineer to design and program applications that support an information-centric manufacturing environment. This role involves determining the correct architecture for new features, participating in code reviews, and authoring new code.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop software solutions that integrate with ERP systems, MES, machine tools, and metrology equipment
Understand and translate business requirements into technical designs
Possess a strong background in full stack development with experience maintaining and adding features to Access VBA, WinForms, WPF, Blazor, and C# applications
Plan and document technical specifications for features or system designs
Write testable, maintainable, and e.icient code while adhering to software quality standards
Demonstrate an understanding of the Domain Driven Design (DDD) model
Debug complex issues and monitor system performance
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in full-stack software development using .NET/C#
Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
3 years of experience with SQL
Experience identifying when anemic or rich domain models are appropriate
Experience unit testing code
Prior success delivering in an agile development environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: At Cox Manufacturing, we ensure our compensation is competitive by regularly assessing market data and establishing salary ranges accordingly. Your pay is determined based on your experience and the market data for this position. The salary range for this role is $105k to $125k.
