Compensation Range: $135,000 - $150,000 base + 12% bonus

Job Description:
Join a cross-functional team driving the design and implementation of new features within a clinical systems product, with a heavy focus on C++ development and risk mitigation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with clinical and systems engineers to understand feature requirements
• Drive documentation and high-level design discussions
• Propose, mature, and implement new features using C++
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout development
• Pull and analyze data to inform feature development
• Debug and investigate field issues
• Work independently and proactively with various teams

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  
  • 8+ years of experience (staff level)
  • Strong C++ programming skills
  • BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Working knowledge of IEC 62304
  • Experience with Class II or III medical devices
  • Proven documentation skills and systems-level thinking
  • Excellent communication and self-starting attitude
