Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C, C , Dart, Go, Java, JavaScript, Python).
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
  • Experience with developer tools, IDE integrations, or static analysis tools.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in Dart or Flutter development.
  • Experience in client-side development (Web, iOS, or Android) and languages and frameworks in this space.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team responsible for developing and maintaining the tooling used by all Dart and Flutter developers. This includes IDE support and developer tools.
  • Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams such as Product Managers, Developer Relations, UX across Dart, Flutter, and our internal partners.
  • Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization's goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with contractors, external partners, and external contributors.
