Title: Software Product Manager

Location: Kirkland, WA- Hybrid schedule

Requirements and comp: e2e Software Product Management (mobile app and IoT products), $100k-$150k + full benefits package

Position Overview
We are a high growth consumer technology company making it on to all kinds of lists (Forbes Best Startup Employers 2023, Time's Most Influential Companies 2022, etc :) We are now seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative mobile applications and IoT solutions. This role is pivotal in driving product strategy, defining customer requirements, and ensuring successful execution from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for mobile applications and IoT solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA) to gather and prioritize customer requirements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Oversee the development process, coordinating with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and tools to enhance product development efficiency and responsiveness.
• Track product performance metrics and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Lead product launch initiatives, ensuring effective marketing and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Software Product Management, specifically in mobile applications and IoT.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development and product launch process.
• Experience with product launch strategies and execution.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and mobile app SDLC.
• Familiarity with Agile project management principles.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable product features.
• Background in consumer electronics and mobile platforms is preferred.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or related technical focus
• Background in technology driven startups preferred
