Software Sales - Healthcare
Our Employee-Owned, Healthcare Systems Divisionis seeking an experienced Software Salesperson in Southwest Georgia andNorthwest Florida. This is a FULL-TIME position, and we are seekingprofessionals who will play a critical role in driving maximum value within ouracute care accounts, taking full ownership of client retention and accountdevelopment. Upon joining MetroPower/ESS, the Software Salesperson willadopt key stakeholder relationships with a portfolio of customers and beresponsible for identifying upsell opportunities, managing projects, ensuringgoals are met, and provide first class customer satisfaction. Always perform business inaccordance with PPC and MetroPower, Inc. mission and vision statements.
What you will do:Support thedevelopment and execution of customer strategies that align with defined keybusiness metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, cost savings, andprofitability
Become a trusted advisor within your portfolio of customers by deeplyunderstanding their business and aligning their needs to our solutions
Develop and grow key customer relationships at multiple levels of theorganization to open channels of communication and promote business growth
Project management and problem solving to drive outcomes for customers
Ongoing in-service educations with clinical staff on our products and services
Support strategic customer meetings to communicate best practices, businessresults, and successes
Ability to support new software product installations or new programimplementations at a customer site
Attend Healthcare & IT software vendor shows, charity events, and otherkey events
Responsible providing sales reports and monthly customer billing

Qualifications:3-5 years of software sales and/or healthcare sales experience (RaulandNurse Call product knowledge preferred)
Bachelors' Degree in Business Management, Sales, Healthcare Administration, orany related degree
Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpretcustomer business needs and translate them into application and operationalrequirements.
Strong presentation skills, including (one-on-one, groups, and boardroomsettings).
Outstanding computer-based skills (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter
Willing to travel 80% (territory from Americus to Panama City Beach) Overnight travel 10%
