As a Software Test Engineer, you will research, plan, design, and develop test protocols for our cutting-edge computer automations, electrochemical products, IoT and mobile apps. YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT
  • Do you thrive on designing robust test systems? In this role, you'll create and implement innovative systems for remote testing and management of electronic systems and sensors. Your expertise drives the deployment of firmware, software, and app updates, ensuring our products function flawlessly across all platforms and delivers a seamless user experience.
  • Are you a skilled team collaborator? Partner with our Test Lab Supervisor to coordinate Lab Technician resources for executing test protocols in Alpha and general testing. Your talent for collaboration ensures optimal resource utilization and comprehensive test coverage while fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Can you turn data into actionable insights? Put your analytical skills to work examining field and warranty data to identify failure modes and trends. We need someone who thrives on collaborating with internal and external Engineering teams to conduct root cause analysis, driving continuous product improvement and enhanced reliability.
  • Are you an effective project manager? Take the lead on multiple concurrent Test Engineering projects, coordinating both in-house and outside resources. Your organizational abilities will keep critical testing initiatives on track, delivering high-quality products to our customers right when they need them.
  • Do you excel at customer-focused problem solving? Become our customers' champion by providing expert support and troubleshooting for electronic control systems at their locations. Your technical expertise ensures our products deliver exceptional performance in real-world settings, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer Science or related area of study), with 5 years' industry experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer Science or related area of study), with 3 years' industry experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in managing IoT systems, remote device management dashboards, creating visualizations, and performing post processing and analysis.
  • 2+ years implementing and managing automation pipelines.
  • Proficiency with object-oriented and scripting languages (such as Python), Windows PowerShell and/or Unix shells, automation tools (Selenium, Jenkins), test case design for web/mobile applications, database technologies, and source code management tools like Git.

Hiring Range: $70,700.00 - $110,990.00.
