Solution Architect- Desktop Engineering

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will play an important role in the design, implementation, and support of technology solutions that help our customers achieve the outcomes they need for their business. You will work closely with other team members and our clients to ensure that the solutions meet their requirements and expectations, and align with industry best practices. For this position, we are seeking a senior technical professional with expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting SCCM and Intune / Autopilot environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions. Design scalable and secure architectures that encompass various technology services, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.
• Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM Expertise: Work in a diverse, multi-client environment as a senior technical professional, utilizing a broad-based understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems, application relationships, and advanced technical knowledge of the Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM platforms. Carry out in-depth systems analysis and assist in designing, implementing, and managing SCCM, Autopilot, and Intune infrastructure in client environments.
• Infrastructure Design and Deployment: Define and implement infrastructure components, including networks, storage, servers / virtual machines, and cloud technologies. Determine appropriate sizing and configurations to optimize performance and cost efficiency.
• Consulting and Collaboration: Serve as a subject matter expert on endpoint management technology solutions, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as Solution Architect or similar role, with a history of successful project implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design scalable and reliable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft 365 certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert or Endpoint Administrator Associate, are highly desirable.
