Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our products and be able to provide expert guidance to our sales team during the pre-sales process. The Pre-Sales Solution Architect will be responsible for providing technical and functional support to our clients, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept presentations, and other technical materials. They will also work closely with our development team to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and integrated into our products.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, preferably in the software industry.
  • Experience in technical sales of SaaS products is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver technical presentations to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies, including experience with SQL, Postgres, REST API, Docker, CI/CD, Linux/Shell scripting, AWS, Python, Git-based SCM providers, Agile project management tooling (such as JIRA or Trello).
  • Experience with sales enablement and performing client and team trainings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
  • Design and deliver proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate the value of our products to clients.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team during the pre-sales process.
  • Work with the development team to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and integrated into our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure that our products remain cutting-edge.
  • Perform client and team trainings and assist in sales enablement efforts.
