. This person doesn't need to be local, but in the area is highly preferred as they will need to be in the local office 1 day a week and on an as needed basis.

AT LEAST 8 years- experience with Third Party Management, Off-shore team experience, Demonstratable exceptional project experience, Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile concepts, Ability to build relationships
Job Description:
This consultant will run certain 3rd party-sourced "projects" that are not long-lived. These projects are strategic efforts requiring contracted companies to provide expert knowledge or staff augmentation to fulfill. These "projects" may include additional teams from the 3rd party company that will be included in the existing train structures. Current Solution Delivery leadership capacity is already maximized with their current RTE (Release Train Engineer) and Scrum Master responsibilities. Thus, additional "management" capacity is required to "manage" to the SOW (Statement of Work) for these "projects".
The primary responsibility of the Solution Delivery Project Manager will be to assist the RTEs (Release Train Engineer) with the following:Holding Stakeholders and 3rd party teams accountable for their deliverables. Work with scrum teams to ensure their work items are in alignment with timeline expectations. Track execution to plan and takes action to avoid delays. Raise awareness of concerns to prevent delays. Facilitates the identification of dependencies between the 3rd party teams and other teams or trains. Tracks and communicate dependencies in Rally and ensure dependencies to not create delays. Proactively identifies and documents risks and mitigates them. Escalates or resolves issues. Identifies and updates milestones that need to be tracked at the team level, train level, project/program level. Manage concerns with the 3rd leadership Provide insight and updates for the 3rd Party Scorecard Helps Product Ops with launches and organizational readiness activities.
