What a day is like:
  • Hands-on role
  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders to design, develop and launch new enhancements to our customers based on high-level requirements for complex projects
  • Responsible for the overall solution documentation and the mapping of all requirements
  • Solve requirements using current technical standards within the company, and overall technical direction for speed, accuracy, and competitiveness
  • Develop solutions; Ensure each solution aligns with product roadmap plans, release iterations and launch strategies in support of the overall product strategy, while collaboratively working with internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the technology team to drive the technical vision and delivery of the product roadmap
  • As issues arise, resolve business and technical challenges across the organization, using software and business data, keeping customer perspective at the forefront
  • Exhibit leadership, providing the voice of the customer and contributing to the company's overall strategy
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and banking relations teams to ensure all products are compliant.


Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in financial services, with a strong background in Product and Development disciplines
  • Extensive hands-on experience developing Microservice-based enterprise application using Java, Spring, and backend databases
  • Extensive knowledge about Cloud Application Architecture in public cloud, preferably AWS
  • Solid understanding about containers and ability to apply Docker and Kubernetes in real-world scenarios
  • Extensive Bankcard Industry product knowledge and customer understanding
  • Product definition experience, with the ability to independently drive POCs
  • Maintains a "hands-on" attitude; Strives to understand and continually grow in self-knowledge
  • Detail-orientated with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Business savvy, with the ability to work with techies.
