You are confident in presenting to customers, creating technical diagrams, collaborating across Engineering and Sales, and delivering real business value, while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Deliver Best-in-Class Solutions

• Architect scalable and secure solutions tailored to customer needs using DataStealth's proprietary technologies.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to translate business challenges into effective technical solutions.
• Build architecture diagrams, process flows, and solution architectures that clearly outline the technical integrations across your customer's systems.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through solution design and best practices.

Engage & Present to Customers

• Customize and deliver compelling presentations tailored to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Confidently present and articulate solutions, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives.
• Serve as a key technical voice in sales and implementation discussions, helping to drive engagement and adoption.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to ensure customer requirements are understood and executed effectively.
• Provide customer insights and feedback to the Product team, ensuring they remain informed on real-world industry needs.
• Partner with Account Executives, TAMs, and TPMs to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure clarity in project execution.
• Ensure a smooth handoff between pre-sales, implementation, and support teams, driving internal alignment for a seamless customer experience.

Ensure Security, Compliance & Innovation

• Architect solutions that adhere to industry best practices, security frameworks, and compliance mandates (PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, ensuring DataStealth's solutions remain industry-leading.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains across internal and customer-facing initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar technical leadership role.
• Proven ability to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions in cloud and enterprise environments.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, web services, including APIs, data security, and enterprise security models.
• Strong background in customer-facing roles, with experience delivering engaging presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
