Role:
Solutions Architect focusing on Salesforce Customer Relationship Management and Solutions. Responsible for the direction of the CRM implementation and technical solution engineering. Will work with technical architects, software engineers and cross functional analysts. Will collaborate with stakeholders across various corporate functions to understand requirements, design and execute software solutions. In addition, this role will identify issues and propose solutions related to systems integration, compatibility across multiple platforms.

Role:
Solutions Architect focusing on Salesforce Customer Relationship Management and Solutions. Responsible for the direction of the CRM implementation and technical solution engineering. Role Responsibilities:
- Central point of contact for internal/external stakeholders and technical team
- Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions,
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements,
- Review solutions and recommending improvements
- Responsible for new releases for salesforce. Responsible for maintaining current and upcoming knowledge of updates. Use knowledge to propose both short-term and long-term innovative solutions. Continuous Improvement of current system features.
- Engage both internal (various corporate functions) and external (vendors) stakeholders to ensure adherence with Sysco security standards, approved integration patterns and general alignment with Sysco processes.
- Responsible for managing new Sysco Business Technology initiatives aligned with Recipe for Growth. Specific focus on Customer and Digital initiatives. Develop high-level frameworks that align an organization's IT infrastructure with business processes/data to improve the efficiency and productivity of business operations
- Responsible for indirect management and coaching of software engineers.
- Mapping the relationships between information systems components (i.e., end-users, business processes, applications, data, IT platform hardware/software, and networks)
- Evaluating the total cost of ownership and return on investment of various architecture alternatives
- Complies with Sysco's Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.
- Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their Supervisor.
- Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you):
- 5+ years of software development experience and 3 years of Salesforce application development experience on the Force.com platform
- 3-5 years' industry/Customer Relationship Management experience
- 3 years solution design experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Must possess Salesforce certifications.
- Have proved capability in architecting solutions independently and design software on the force.com platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large implementation.
- Good technical foundation including Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, etc., understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
- Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex etc. Knowledge of sophisticated lightning web components, Chatter API, including integration
- Experience with the Lightning Framework on force.com & JavaScript frameworks, design patterns.
- Experience resolving common governor limit issues, performance issues (with high volume data) with creative technical design options
- Experience with all integration protocols to send/receive data into Salesforce
- Experience in defining/configuring single sign on (SSO) tools to enable authentication
- Master of Agile methodology & experience in designing workflow rules to carry out business processes
- Ability to lead teams to provide high performance code reviews, troubleshoot all software development issues and provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC methodologies such as Agile Waterfall
- Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities/multiple deliverables
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proven competence working cross-culturally is required.
