The Solutions Consultant (SC) at Zycus works with the Sales Team and supports them in sales pursuits and winning deals.

As our Solutions Consultant, you will be a part of our Pre-sales Team and will be responsible for product positioning and consulting our customers on Product Fit and offering custom configured demonstrations for better value propositioning. You will be trained to answer all the questions and provide advanced technical product expertise in order to demonstrate capabilities and architect solutions tailored to customer needs.

Wondering what will you be doing?

Being a part of our Pre Sales Team, you will be running the sales pursuit process including the win strategy, bid plan, and overall solution creation. The focus of this role is to manage pursuits process and engage with all key internal stakeholders and showcase to customers how they can derive business value which we call "value engineering"

As a Solutions Consultant at Zycus you would:
  • Drive account pursuits strategically through product demonstrations & solutioning of customer business requirements
  • Be responsible for all aspects of deal pursuits from kick-off to submission
  • Be responsible for end-to-end bid & proposal management i.e. responding to Client Request for Information (RFIs) & Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Be responsible for product positioning, evaluating customer's requirements and offering custom-configured demonstrations for better value propositioning.

You will need to be:
  • Strong in Problem Solving and Analytical skills
  • Excellent in Presentation and Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to ask the right question
  • Able to understand business problem and map it to our product offerings, expertise and capabilities of the organization
  • Able to handle objections and present in front of C-Suite executives

Education Qualification: Graduates/ MBA from top-tier institutes
