- Cloud and Hybrid
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate, Guide & Support new and existing customers
- Full customer life cycle - presale, setup, installation and support
- Documentation
Skills & Experience
- 5 years+ in Engineering and Ops (systems, software, infrastructure, etc)
- 2 years+ supporting external customers (solutions, customer success, support, etc)
- Orchestration, Containerization
- Kubernetes (design, deploy, manage)
- Cloud (compute, networking & storage services)
- AKS, EKS, GKE
- Cloud-native
- Linux skills (Bash, Shell) are a must
- Python, Go, C
- IaC
- Degree in Engineering, CS, EE, CE or relevant discipline is ideal
