Solutions Engineer - Kubernetes - GPU - REMOTE

Seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to drive customer success in Generative AI

• Design, deploy, optimize, cloud-native infrastructure while engaging with customers to solve complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with technical and non technical customers and define proof-of-concept solutions.
• Design and architect GPU-based solutions on Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS).
• Collaborate in architectural discussions and define cloud-native solution
• Help deploy the infrastructure
• Create technical content, including blog posts, sample code, and solution guides, to assist clients in resolving technical challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customer feedback and guide product enhancements.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving

Qualifications:

• 5 years+ in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
• 5 years+ supporting external customers

Hands-on experience with

• Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS)
• Cloud-native, multi-cloud and hybrid architectures
• Shell, Bash
• Go or Python
• IaC (Terraform, Helm)
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)

Experience with

• GPU based AI orchestration
• GPU hardware
• Cloud-based delivery
• Familiarity with MLOps platforms (Kubeflow or similar) and best practices for AI/ML deployment in production environments.
• Bonus: Active participation in Kubernetes or Cloud Native open-source communities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
