Description
The Kentucky Office of the Attorney General, office of Civil and Environmental Law is seeking a highlymotivated attorney interested in public service and upholding the rule of law to join our team of legalprofessionals.
The office is primarily tasked with defending challenges to state statutes under both thefederal and state constitutions, as well as defending claims against state judges, prosecutors, agencies, andemployees arising out of the performance of their respective government functions, in both state and federaltrial courts.
Once joining our team, you will assist the office in all phases of litigated cases forminception to resolution, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, andappeal. You will also be an integral part of developing and implementing effective case strategies incollaboration with other team members.
