As an Emerging Talent Acquisition Specialist for the US region, you will be part of a globally distributed team responsible for attracting top talent while creating innovative recruitment strategies that champion diversity and inclusion. With expertise in high-volume recruitment and strong business partnerships, you will ensure a seamless and fair hiring process for both candidates and hiring teams.
This is a hands-on recruitment role where you will manage the recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers to advise on best practices and support them throughout the process. You will also be responsible for extending offers and providing timely updates on pipeline and offer status, all while focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
You will work with dynamic teams across the People Group, Engineering, and Academics to shape the future of talent at Arm. Reporting to the Global Emerging Talent Recruitment Manager, you will contribute to building a workforce that will drive Arm's next wave of innovation.

Salary Range:
$97,800-$132,300 per year

Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment efforts for ~100 interns and ~50 graduates annually, aligning with Arm's Emerging Talent and DE&I strategy.
- Attend Career Fairs acting as an extension of the Campus Team supporting talent pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, define candidate profiles, advise on recruitment strategies, and implement creative hiring approaches.
- Track recruitment pipeline activity for your individual requisitions ensuring you maintain accurate records, and communicate relevant metrics with hiring managers.
- Partner with Emerging Talent Coordinators to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, from initial application to offer and onboarding.
- Implement regional onboarding experiences, engagement activities, and program events that bring the global Emerging Talent Program strategy to life locally.
- Deliver timely feedback, ensure clear communication, and facilitate a professional offer process to enhance candidate satisfaction.
- Support the delivery of inclusive STEM and DE&I talent pathways to improve representation (e.g., INROADS, Co-Op, MBA, PhD) and university partnerships.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Early Careers / Emerging Talent recruitment
- Effective communication with the ability to work as part of a cohesive team
- Proven ability to contribute to projects supporting delivery of new initiatives
- Data-driven approach with a proven track record of inspiring change.
- Adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing external supplier and training provider relationships.
- Critical thinking and project management skills
- Familiarity with global DE&I initiatives and objectives.
- Experience co-designing recruitment processes and governance.
