EPIC Health is seeking a dedicated Specialty Physician to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team, where you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic pain. Our practice is a Multi-Specialty Practice that provides in-house services to patients throughout all stages of life, from infancy to senior years. Our team includes Physicians, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists, Physical Therapists, Pharmacists, and more, all working together to offer holistic, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess and diagnose pain conditions, using your expertise in pain management.
• Deliver clinical care with precision, including managing referrals, admissions, and prescriptions, while coordinating ancillary services.
• Perform pain management procedures such as joint injections, nerve blocks, and other interventions to alleviate pain and improve patient functionality.
• Educate patients and their families on pain management strategies, including lifestyle changes, exercise, and nutrition recommendations.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans to ensure effective pain relief and improved quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss complex cases and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of pain management services.
• Build strong working relationships with team members across all departments and maintain a commitment to professional growth through continued education and licensure requirements.
• Safeguard patient privacy, respect patient choices, and incorporate social and cultural factors into healthcare delivery.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from an accredited university.
• Board certification in Pain Management (required) to demonstrate your expertise in the field.
• Significant experience in pain management is highly preferred, with strong clinical skills and the ability to perform a wide range of procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
