Prepares, organizes and monitors the sterile field environment under the direction of a surgeon and a registered nurse for assigned surgical cases/deliveries. Provides assistance to the surgeon/physician and registered nurse as directed. Estimated pay range for this position is $36.69 - $44.95 / hour depending on experience.

- High School or GED
- Basic Life Support.
- Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program Preferred.
- AST Certification preferred or extensive experience (2 years preferred) in one of the following specialties: Open Heart, Neurosurgery, or Hepatobiliary.
- For Open Heart, Neurosurgery, and Hepatobiliary, validated training and competency endorsed by the Director of Surgery and the specialty Chief is required.
- Work experience preferred.
- Or is a lead surgical technologist for a service line - endorsed by the Directory of Surgery.
- High School or GED
- Basic Life Support.
