The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

- Supportcreation and delivery of effective activation programs of Henkel's topsponsorships in the US and Canada, with specific focus on the company's flagshipsponsorship of US Soccer, as well as the company's STEMeducation program, and vetting and activation of sponsorship programs designedto advance the company reputation as a leader in sustainability and diversity.
- SupportInternal and External Communications team in event planning to activate HenkelCorporate sponsorships and support collateral and communications as part of across functional team driving awareness and engagement in Henkel's topsponsorships within North America.
- Collaboratewith product brand teams to develop and execute top sponsorship opportunities,demonstrating creativity and innovation in sponsorship and marketing strategies.
- Professionallyliaison with leadership and designated account teams at partner non-profits aswell as community leaders, youth sports players and their families as well aseducators and elementary school children (background check and trainingrequired).
- Createsponsorship project summaries for executive review, taking complex informationand presenting in a concise, digestible view.
- Facilitatedata needs for execution as well as tracking ticket allocations, ensuringcompliance with Corporate Standards and accurate reporting to Finance.
- Supportinterface with external suppliers, agencies and venues and coordinating a widerange of services, including space allocation, traditional and digital signage,attendee flows, security, food & beverage, temp staff sourcing andmanagement, transportation, giveaways, etc.
- Deliverdata-driven presentations; clearly articulate findings in written reports andPowerPoint decks using charts, graphs, tables, maps and other exhibits.
- Trackand report sponsorship effectiveness and costs, examining opportunities tooptimize investments according to company strategy.
- 3-5 years of professional non-internship marketing experience building, executing,and scaling multiple, complex, multi-faceted events, ideally related to sportssponsorship marketing activations and PR.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing or related field.
- Experience insponsorship fulfillment and relationship management, preferably within thesports, entertainment, hospitality or attractions industries. Additionalcommunity relations or education experience a plus.
- Proven trackrecord of managing sponsorships and working in collaboration with marketingteams that represent a diverse set of product brands.
- Strongwriting and content creation skills.
- Provenability to manage agency partners.
- Strong project management skills including complex event calendars, and ability to multitask with tight deadlines.
- Budgetmanagement capabilities.
- Generalunderstanding of market research using data to drive strategy; reportingexperience including using research, hard data, and metrics to back upassumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
- Experienceinterfacing with external suppliers, agencies and venues and coordinating awide range of services, including space allocation, traditional and digitalsignage, attendee flows, security, food & beverage, temp staff sourcing andmanagement, transportation, giveaways, etc.
- Theability to frequently travel nationally, including weekends (some holidays) andstays up to a week, to attend highly strategic events, scout locations, orspot-check vendor execution. Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Demonstrableexperience creating engaging, unexpected, and successful event and / orcampaign experiences.
- Proficiencyin Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience in Sprinklr or CMS systems aplus.
- Knowledge of the sport of soccer.
