Position Summary:
We're looking for a Sports-Minded Real Estate Investment Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a competitive edge, a passion for helping others, and a desire to succeed in real estate. You'll engage with homeowners, assess their needs, and provide creative solutions through our network of real estate buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Compete to Win: Approach each opportunity with a competitive mindset, striving to exceed sales goals.
Prospecting & Networking: Generate and cultivate leads through warm and cold calls, networking, and social media. Build relationships with property owners, investors, and local real estate professionals to identify opportunities.
Evaluate Properties: Assess market value, required repairs, and win-win opportunities for buyers and sellers.
Negotiate Offers: Present and negotiate purchase offers, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
Educate Sellers: Present available options, including cash offers, payment plans, and lease options.
Collaborate: Work with our national network of real estate professionals to provide creative, customized solutions.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of property evaluations, client communications, and sales activity in the company CRM.

- Use of a flashlight when necessary to inspect low-light areas.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience in sales, real estate, or investment acquisitions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in creative real estate solutions (lease options, seller financing, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other sales tools.
Compensation:
