Description:

Responsibilities:
  • nalyze and deconstruct existing CUIC reports (XML templates)
  • Map SQL logic and thresholds to Client-compatible metrics
  • Strong proficiency in T-SQL or PL/SQL
  • Experience interpreting and reverse-engineering CUIC XML reports
  • Familiarity with CUIC data models (e.g., t_Agent, t_Call_Type_Interval, t_Skill_Group)
  • bility to analyze report thresholds, parameters, and joins
  • Understanding of KPI formulas: SLA %, Abandonment %, Avg Talk Time, etc.
  • Experience documenting SQL to SPL transformations
  • bility to identify reusable report templates and standardization patterns
  • Collaborative skills for working closely with Client developers and stakeholders

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CUIC and Cisco Contact Center
  • Expert-level SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations)
  • Experience working with CUIC XML templates and database schemas (AWDB, HDS)
  • Understanding of call center operations and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with reporting best practices
