Sr. Account-Based Marketing Specialist

As a Sr. Account-Based Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation for Honeywell Aerospace. With an emphasis on ABM (account-based marketing) campaigns, you will leverage digital tactics like search engine marketing (SEM), programmatic/display advertising, and paid social to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives. Your expertise in digital marketing will enable you to develop strategy, analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer and product marketing, sales, and creative services, to ensure alignment and deliver impactful ABM campaigns. You will report directly to our Sr. Marketing Manager, Digital & Creative, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ or Norcross, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise customer and product marketing teams on cross-channel ABM strategies and campaign structures that integrate digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content, and other tactics
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, tactics and campaign objectives
Leverage intent data to track account engagement relevant to our products and priority campaigns to inform campaign strategy
Develop and create ABM campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation
Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with an emphasis on programmatic, SEM and paid social
Monitor and optimize campaigns to identify high-performing creative, improve targeting, and optimize CTR and CPM
Analyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify relevant marketing influence on Salesforce leads and opportunities
Stay up to date with trends and best practices to optimize content and campaigns while maximizing ROI

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEM, paid social, and programmatic/display advertising
Experience using digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
Familiarity with CRM systems and content management tools
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
