Sr Advanced Electrical Engineer for Honeywell International, Inc. in Urbana,OH
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical design functions on cross functional New Product Development team.
Tasks include defining functional requirements, developing, and selecting best concepts, detailed circuit design, design validation and product release.
Create software for product, production, and/or laboratory use during product development.
Create analog, digital, or mixed signal computer models to simulate various concepts.
Plan and execute project tasks.
Assist product and process certification.
Ensure project and product compliance.
Present to leadership and external customers.

40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have aBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, SoftwareEngineering, or related field and five (5) years of electrical engineeringexperience. Full term of experience must include: circuit design; laboratoryinstrumentation; circuit testing; software development; MIL-STD-461 andMIL-STD-704; with DO-178, DO-254 and DO-160; electrical engineering standardsand specifications; MATLAB; completing demanding assignments by applyingadvanced electrical engineering methods and tools; Hardware/Software debuggingskills and experience; and Python based tool development. Approximately 5%domestic/international travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2)times per week.Additional Information
