Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Director and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and quality of our manufacturing processes by implementing advanced technologies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes and technologies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency
Ensure product quality through the implementation of quality control measures
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
Provide technical facilitation and guidance to production teams

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or manufacturing
5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or a related field
WE VALUE
Master's degree in a technical discipline
Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies including APQP
Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent problem-solving and thoughtful skills
Experience in the aerospace industry
Six Sigma certification
Strong guide and project management skills
