KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Senior Advanced Quality Systems Engineer, you willbe responsible for ensuring quality throughout the development, manufacturing,engineering, support and operations processes.
You will ensure compliance with customer requirements, all applicable laws andregulations, and internal Honeywell policies.
Serve as the primary owner of the Quality Management System includingdevelopment, implementation and continuous improvement.
Work closely with internal cross-functional groups to understand theirrequirements and implement processes and controls accordingly.
Support the document control processthroughout the organization.
Support improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes anddrive continuous improvement.
Develop and lead the internal audit programs to assess compliance withquality management system standards.
Support other site quality functions by identifying areas for improvement andimplementing corrective actions.
Support quality readiness efforts for new projects and programs.
Estimated travel up to 35%
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS: U.S.citizenship is required due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years' experience in direct quality engineering
U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants mustalso be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of securityprocessing.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal/external customers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to focus priorities to best impact quality metrics.
Experience in collaborating with technical teams.
Experience with leading Quality Management systems i.e. ISO 9001/13485,AS9100.
Six Sigma Greenbelt desired
Greenfield/startup experience in a technical environment
