As a Sr Advanced Systems Engineer within Honeywell SpaceEngineering, you will be part of a team developing the Carbon Dioxide Removalby Ionic Liquid System (CDRILS), an astronaut life support system forspacecraft, as well as other technologies that make it possible to live andbreathe in space.
In this role, you will support the design, build and test of theCarbon Dioxide Removal by Ionic Liquid System (CDRILS) for space and terrestrialapplications. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to developCDRILs systems for their unique application.

Key Responsibilities
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CDRILS and other ECLSS programs
- Drive technical team(s) to solve key technical problems with workable solutions in a defined period of time
- Support proposals and technology roadmaps
U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 6+ years' experience in Engineering
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
- Strong understanding of spacecraft technologies, specifically CDRILS, ECLSS or related systems.
- Experience designing, building and testing complex systems
- Experience being the point contact for customers
- Passionate with a commitment to excellence
- A sense of urgency and drive to achieve results
- Team oriented; enthusiastic about working on interdisciplinary and multi-site teams
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Fosters an open, honest, collaborative, and respectful working environment
