Job Summary
The FreeWheel FP&A team is responsible for consolidated forecast, budget, LRP, and ad hoc consolidation across the FreeWheel organization and reporting in to Comcast Advertising. As FreeWheel continues to develop new ways to excel in the constantly changing Advertising landscape, the team also focuses heavily on BI/Advanced Analytics and reporting improvements to provide enhanced visibility into FW Financial and Operational metrics for existing and new products. The team is also responsible for providing financial support to operating groups across the FW organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help deliver advanced analytical solutions for the Finance organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and a deep understanding of analytical tools and methods that enable data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities and developing scalable solutions to drive operational efficiencies.
Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders across the organization.

Develop, test, and monitor ETL jobs to ensure timely and complete execution of data pipelines.

Build strong relationships with internal business partners to understand their needs for data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are aligned with business requirements and meet stakeholder requirements.

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data by working closely with data engineering and IT teams to design and implement data governance practices and standards.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and methodologies.

Foster a strong data-driven culture by providing analytics subject matter guidance and training to other team members and developing processes to drive adoption of latest analytics tools across the organization.

Create and maintain comprehensive and accessible documentation of processes to promote transparency, knowledge sharing, and efficient collaboration within the team.

Works with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.
Determines relevancy of data and identifies alternative data sources as needed to ensure analytics requested by business stakeholders can be completed.
Analyzes large, complex data to determine actionable business insights using self-service analytics and reporting tools.
Combines data as needed from disparate data sources to complete analysis.
Identifies key business drivers and insights by conducting exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.
Communicates findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to Company executives and decisionmakers.
Promotes and evangelizes a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
Stays current with emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning and applies them to business challenges.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
