Sr Analyst SB

Job Summary:

• The Senior Analyst gathers, analyzes, and interprets data or business processes to support decision-making. This role varies slightly depending on whether the focus is business, systems, or data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Recommend improvements to processes and systems.
• Support project management and system implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in analysis roles.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
