Silotech Group is seeking an experienced Senior Appian Solutions Architect. This role is essential for designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions within the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will lead architectural efforts, develop integration strategies, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.

- Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide overall solution architecture for Appian applications, working closely with the Program Manager to present technical information to senior-level stakeholders.
- Lead the analysis, design, development, and testing of applications, ensuring integration of legacy and new systems to facilitate data sharing.
- Review and verify application implementations to adhere to best practices in design, performance, and security.
- Plan and assist in executing data integration and migration activities to ensure seamless transitions between systems.
- Create and implement technical process modeling, user interface designs, and data models.
- Work directly with end-users and subject matter experts (SMEs) to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Establish and maintain technical deliverables, including documentation of solutions, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure individual applications conform to technical standards and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall service delivery and application performance.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in application architecture or solutions architecture, with a significant focus on Appian or other BPM platforms.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level Appian application design and development.
- Strong expertise in application integration, data modeling, and process optimization.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Certifications:
- Appian certifications are highly desirable.
- Additional certifications in enterprise architecture or related fields are a plus.
