Sr. Application Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Developer with expertise in Oracle Responsys, RPL (Responsys Program Language), and a strong background in creating tables, writing attributes, and developing customer journeys. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining personalized and targeted communication strategies using Oracle Responsys.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Oracle Responsys for setting up marketing messages via email, focusing on end-to-end technical implementation.
• Proficient in RPL (Responsys Programming Language) for content management, including creating tables, mapping, and writing attributes for customer name/email.
• Execute specifications for scheduled marketing campaigns, translating creatives from internal Business Partners into the content system.
• Collaborate with the app development team, business analysts, and external Business Partners to provide details for campaign execution.
• Independently manage campaigns, ensuring alignment with product team and owner expectations.
• Leverage Photoshop knowledge to understand and correlate header/footer details with creatives for effective translation into the content system.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings for project updates.
• Requirements:
• Strong technical background with experience in Oracle Responsys and RPL.
• Proficient in end-to-end campaign execution, including table creation, mapping, and program scheduling.
• . Familiarity with Photoshop for understanding header/footer elements.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in campaign testing, journey mapping, and marketing expertise.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
