Qualifications:

• Over 6 years of professional experience in UX design and front-end development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced UX and visual design expertise.
• Creative, customer-focused problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Extensive expertise in HTML and CSS, staying current with the latest versions and best practices.
• Hands-on experience designing accessible products and a solid understanding of WCAG guidelines.
• Skilled in contributing to UI Kits and Design Systems from both a design and front-end development perspective.
• Proven track record of working in Agile environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience or interest in learning content management systems (CMS) such as AEM.

Responsibilities:

• Assess business requirements and evaluate alternative technology.
• Foster consensus on multi-platform technologies across business units.
• Implement new technologies in small to medium-scale environments.
• Design technical infrastructures for applications, including databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.
• Utilize tools and methodologies to represent functions and user interfaces for desired products.
• Oversee the development team to ensure alignment with the original design and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and engineers.
• Pilot and evaluate new technologies and innovations.
• Contribute to the development of business cases and project roadmaps.
• Create flowcharts to describe data processing and logic across all platforms.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
• Ensure software meets high standards of quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility.
• Approve final products before launch to ensure they meet established requirements.
• Take responsibility for the functional design and architecture of application systems across technologies and platforms.
• Develop high-level product specifications with a focus on system integration and feasibility.
• Define the development process, including technology choices, workflows, and coding standards.
