About the Position

As Senior Business Process Engineer, you will join a dynamic business transformation team leading Bridgeway Connects through our next stage of growth. You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management, an analytical approach, and a tenacious drive to eradicate waste.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing Bridgeway business processes, identifying inefficiencies resulting from non-value-added tasks, manual processing, redundancy and suboptimized technology.
  • Process Design: Work with business stakeholders to design improved processes by deploying LEAN/Six Sigma principles and process technologies (e.g., Robotic Process Automation, Optical Character Recognition, etc.)
  • Data Analysis: Conduct high-level data analysis to assess process performance, model outcomes, and inform decision-making. Quantify business impact of proposed process changes to prioritize opportunities for solutioning.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Bridgeway processes to track improvements and identify areas needing attention.
  • Process Training: Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct workshops to facilitate the adoption of process changes, ensuring that employees across different departments understand new or improved workflows.
  • Project Management: Manage process improvement projects from end-to-end, driving consistent progress. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement and ownership. Escalate barriers as appropriate. Work with operations and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes with adjacent processes and existing systems.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or a related technical role
  • Experience successfully applying process improvement methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma, or DMAIC to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent data analytics skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience implementing process automation and optimization technologies
  • Experience building KPI dashboards
  • Ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and to drive change through influence
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus
