This is a Full-time, permanent role and reports directly to the Manager, Digital Platforms.

A typical day would involve:

• Finalize business requirements and review product backlog items as needed, respond to business needs to enhance member well-being and achieve business objectives.
• Identify and assess risks and gaps during development and seek direction from other IT leaders.
• Inform and engage key stakeholders as required on product and services development so that there is strong collaboration and that communication is current, complete and timely.
• Review and assess system capabilities and translate complex business requirements into technology specifications to inform the development or configuration of new programs and/or systems.
• Provide potential solutions and recommended approach through analysis of impact and value delivered.
• Provide advice and guidance to Digital Platform Analyst enabling the achievement of business objectives.
• Provide technical advice, guidance and coaching to Business stakeholders and project team members to enable the achievement of team deliverables and objectives.

• Technology savvy: You have education and/or experience supporting technology development/ implementation efforts.
• Analytical: You seek to facilitate data-driven decision making, including "rolling up your sleeves" to clarify requirements, research and ensure quality artifacts are consumable for the team.
• A problem solver: Your skills to diagnose challenges and issues, develop innovative business solutions, and assess risks and opportunities that may affect the business have been put to good use.
• Curious & innovative: You always do your research and analyze it to assess and recommend course of action on industry, political and economic trends, and to identify risks and opportunities that may impact the business unit and or designated area.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
• Min of 3 years' experience as a business analyst / systems analyst or similar role experience
• Willingness to work in a highly flexible environment with multiple competing priorities.
• Proven ability to innovate and adapt to the latest development in area of expertise. Ability to adapt and grasp new skills and content.

Bonus points, if you have:

• Business Analysis or IT certifications would be an asset (CBAP, AAC, TOGAF, ITIL)
• Nice to have experience in Product Implementation experience (such as Salesforce, CRM, Contact Centre technologies.)
• Experience working in the Financial Industry

Salary Range: 71,500.00 to 107,300.00
