The Senior Buyer - Strategic Sourcing & Integration will play a pivotal role in supporting procurement activities at Calco Aerospace, assisting with the integration of procurement operations within FDH Aero's broader strategic framework, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. This role will involve Calco procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving strategic sourcing initiatives to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives. The Senior Buyer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategic sourcing goals and seamless integration into FDH Aero's centralized procurement model.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Oversee Calco Aerospace's procurement activities, ensuring alignment with FDH Aero's strategic sourcing framework
• Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Strategic Sourcing: Support and drive strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supplier performance and contribute to broader company objectives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to ensure procurement activities align with the company's strategic goals and operational requirements
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure business continuity and performance
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data to track and evaluate supplier performance and procurement activities, providing reports and recommendations to management
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic sourcing decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working within a centralized procurement model is a plus
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools.
