Position Overview
The Sr. Civil PM will be responsible for leading and managing civil engineering projects from conception through completion. This role requires expertise in AutoCAD and project management, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects
• Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Prepare and present project proposals and reports
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff
• Perform quality control and assurance for engineering deliverables
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in Geotechnical, Transportation, or Environmental Engineering is a plus
• Knowledge of Civil 3D, Soil Mechanics, and Site Development is advantageous
• Familiarity with Water Resources Engineering and Sustainable Design practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
