What to Expect
The Sr. Commercial Mobility Funding Associate (Truck & Trailer) will lead the funding activities for the Truck and Trailer business. This role will be responsible for working with IT, Risk Management and other stakeholders to ensure the systems, policies and processes are established to meet business growth. In addition, this role is responsible to train the business on Truck and Trailer funding.
What You Will Do
1. Funding Activities
Review and validate executed commercial lease and loan installment documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with HCA policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations and state/federal laws and regulations.
Book commercial lease and loan requests in loan origination systems (i.e., Daybreak and ALFA). This includes new requests, line of credit adjustments, and lease or loan extensions.
Handle incoming dealer and customer phone calls and make outbound as needed, to support and resolve issues during hours of operations.
Support document preparation of commercial lease and loan packages and forward to responsible teams. This includes fleet, subscription and other products as needed.
2. System Development
Support system enhancement and implementation by working cross functionally on business requirement documentation, workflow definition, compliance adherence, testing and training, using domain expertise in truck and trailer financing.
3. Policy and Procedure Documentation
Support the cross-functional effort to create and document policies and procedures for the truck and trailer financing.
Ensure that established policies and procedures are adhered to in day-to-day funding activities.
4. Compliance and Risk Management
Support compliance and risk management activities with legal and risk departments, using the experience in truck and trailer financing industry.
Ensure that all funding and contract validation activities adhere to compliance and risk requirements.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
Minimum 4-6 years of experience working with truck and trailer commercial loan and lease documentation.
Daybreak and/or ALFA knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of loan origination system a plus.
Bachelor's degree required.
Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences
Possess flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, changing rules, regulations, and policies, and as such, must be able to process and retain information quickly.
Basic knowledge of compliance laws as related to commercial vehicle lending, contracting, and funding.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess a high level of subject matter expertise in all areas supported.
Team oriented, strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to multitask and perform multiple job functions at the same time
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
