About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our internal partner & alliance team and external partner ecosystem (SAP), responsible for managing the full lifecycle of partner contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and tracking deliverables. You will play a critical role in supporting a strong, productive partnership by ensuring that all agreements are clear, consistent, and effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and manage partner contracts in collaboration with legal, procurement, and partner teams.
  • Track and monitor all contractual obligations and deliverables to ensure timely execution and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contract-related materials.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract status, requirements, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, operations, security and partner management) to align on contract needs and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks or issues related to contracts and work with appropriate teams to resolve them.
  • Support contract negotiation and amendment processes as required.
  • Develop and implement best practices for contract lifecycle management and documentation standards.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field; Paralegal certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably with experience in partner/vendor contract oversight.
  • Strong understanding of contract terminology, legal implications, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to contract tracking and enforcement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Experience with contract management tools or systems is a plus
